Zr-Nanoxide ZT/SP是一种可印刷的二氧化锆纳米颗粒浆料，专用于钙钛矿叠层太阳能电池中绝缘层的沉积。
该材料经500℃烧结后，氧化物颗粒会形成介孔涂层，使得下层结构能够充分渗透钙钛矿材料。由于采用纳米颗粒成分，所得氧化锆层可薄至微米级，在确保电绝缘性能的同时，不会影响器件的轻薄特性和电荷提取效率。
Zr-Nanoxide ZT/SP适用于丝网印刷或狭缝涂布（刮刀涂布）工艺。采用丝网印刷时，建议使用90-48目（90线/厘米，线径48微米）的网版进行涂布。
